Shipping
- Worldwide shipping. Processing 1–3 business days; U.S. delivery typically 2–5 business days after shipment via USPS.
- Tracking emailed at ship. Carrier timelines are estimates; DBF isn’t responsible for carrier delays.
- International: Flat $15 USD via USPS International. Duties/taxes due at delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
Size Exchanges (No Returns)
- We want your fit perfect. We offer one free size exchange within 7 days of delivery on clean, unworn items with original tags/packaging.
- To start an exchange, email support@divinebeautyandfitness.com with your order number, current size, and the size you need.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping to us; we cover the outbound shipment of the new size (U.S. orders).
- Final sale on sale items, custom/special orders, and international orders.
Damaged/Defective
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@divinebeautyandfitness.com for a replacement review.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders begin processing immediately and usually can’t be changed or canceled once placed. Please double-check your address and size before checkout.
