Shipping + Returns
Shipping
Shipping is available worldwide. All orders take 2-4 days to process before shipment. All special order items take 1-2 weeks to process. We ship via USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days to arrive anywhere in the US once it is shipped. Contact your carrier directly for shipping time for other countries. Divine Beauty and Fitness is not responsible for carrier delays on any shipments. Therefore, no refunds will be issued on shipping if packages are delayed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. If you have not received your purchase and the tracking number details show that your package has been delivered it becomes the responsibility of your local post office. Please contact them to file a claim.
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International for a flat rate of $15 USD. Please note, there may be additional taxes or customs fees due upon delivery to international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Divine Beauty and Fitness, LLC. nor are they included in the order total.
Exchanges
We have a 30 day return policy and offer store credit only. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or store credit. Exchanges are subject to quality approval and must meet the our inspection requirements at our warehouse by our personnel once product is received. Garments that have been worn are not returnable. Please take a moment and inspect your products to ensure that they are not damaged, worn, stretched out or stained before contacting us about a return. Once you have inspected your item please contact us at returns@divine-curves.com to notify us of your return. Please include your name and order number in your email. We will provide you with an Exchange Form that must be filled out and sent with the package. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply. A return label can be provided for your convenience if you would like. Customer pays for all return shipping fees. Return shipping is a flat rate of $7.49.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved, then your new order will be processed, and shipped to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it will automatically begin to process and our warehouse fulfills the orders directly. Therefore, orders can not be cancelled or changed once your order has been placed. Most orders are mailed out the same day. Please review your order carefully prior to checkout.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items may not be returned.
Shipping your returns
Please notify us of your return so we can provide you with the mailing address to ship your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
